関西学院大学産業研究所准教授 バース大学、パリ政治学院で修士号(MA in European Studies)、オックスフォード大学で修士号(MSc in Japanese Studies)と博士号(PhD in History)を取得。神戸大学で准教授としてEUエキスパート人材養成プログラムを担当し、2018年4月より現職。2019年から2022年、関西学院大学が採択された欧州委員会のジャン・モネ・モジュールのリーダーを務める。 専門はEUと日本の政策比較。主に農村開発と労働移動を研究しており、幅広く発表活動を行っている。 |
